Joseph M. Davi is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner in DDK & Company LLP. He has been associated with the firm since December 1993. He is a member of the Firm’s quality team and is in charge of the Securities and Exchange Commission Accounting and Reporting Department.

Prior to joining DDK, Joe spent almost two years as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Wireless Telecom Group, Inc., a $6 million manufacturer of standard and custom-designed noise sources and test equipment for wireless telecommunications. In this capacity, he was responsible for accounting, tax planning and all regulatory filings with the SEC.

Before joining Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. in 1992, Joe spent twelve years in a middle market CPA firm, which included five years in the SEC department as a supervisor/manager.

Joe graduated from Baruch College with a BA in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on the New York State Society’s SEC Practice Committee.
