Richard S. Klinghoffer is a Certified Public Accountant and has been associated with DDK & Company LLP since 1979. His role as partner has him drawing on his years of experience to service a diversified client base. Richard provides extensive management advisory services to companies of all sizes. This function encompasses performing operational studies in all aspects of a business.

Richard has established an excellent reputation within the financial banking community and has assisted many clients in obtaining bank financing. He has been instrumental in the formulation and closing of many seven-figure deals and has established lines of credit and arranged for working capital for many companies.

Richard works with closely held businesses and the related tax and estate planning matters associated with these entities.
