Stewart J. Langhaus is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner at DDK & Company LLP. He has been associated with the firm for over 20 years. During that period, Stewart has provided audit, tax and consulting services to clients. His knowledge of the client’s industry, his ability to understand and analyze accounting systems, and his energy working with people have been a valuable combination when advising his clients. Stewart manages a diversified client base and specializes in providing pro-active advice to closely held businesses and its principals.

Stewart conducts firm-wide seminars on current developments and various accounting and auditing topics including the financing of your business, inventory controls and pricing, and limited liability companies (LLCs). He has also presented programs to major lending institutions and assisted in training accounting personnel for clients. He is Chairman of DDK’s Financial Reporting Committee, and is active in the firm’s Information Technology practice.

Stewart received his BA degree from Queens College, City University of New York in 1979. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served on technical accounting committees. He also participates in various community projects and events.
