Training Professional Development

We believe that our people are vital to our continued growth and success. Their desire to grow as individuals and professionals is a goal that we encourage and support. Our assistance begins with Firms education program. At DDK & Company, our training and professional development goal is to equip our people with the knowledge and skills they need and opportunities for continuous growth and improvement.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) is required to stay current and maintain licenses and certifications. Our curriculum is a comprehensive program, consisting of lectures, group study, and training courses in a diverse areas of accounting, taxation, advisory, and other special areas that help prepare you for your current responsibilities as well as those that lie ahead.

Our membership in the Division for CPA firms, also known as Peer Review, demonstrates our commitment to Quality Control. Professional Development is one of the key elements of this program. A second element is Advancement of our staff within the firm. Hard working professionals will find the atmosphere in the firm to be a rewarding one.

In addition to the core curriculum designed to challenge and educate our professionals, each employee works with their supervisor/mentor to create an individual development plan.
