Sze Man Tam, CPA

Sze has been with DDK since the very start of her career, growing alongside the firm from a junior accountant to the leader of our assurance department. With more than two decades of experience, she brings deep technical expertise that has helped clients strengthen and grow their businesses across a wide range of industries, including nonprofits, real estate, manufacturing, distribution and wholesale, art galleries, and jewelry.

Her leadership extends beyond assurance. As a dedicated member of DDK’s IT committee, Sze actively explores emerging audit technologies to keep our firm ahead of the curve. She also played a key role in implementing remote-work capabilities, helping modernize how we collaborate and serve clients.

Sze is a licensed CPA and was recognized as one of Crain’s New York Business Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting in 2021.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Knicks and Mets.
