John Laddomada has over 2 decades of experience advising individuals, businesses, and trusts on complex federal and state tax matters. He plays a key role as the Tax Director of Operations. He oversees company workflow, manages scheduling and staffing for tax tasks, and leads the onboarding process for new clients. He also manages hundreds of clients and tax returns. Prior to joining DDK, he led tax compliance, provision, and planning initiatives for a wide range of entities and industries at public accounting firms and Fortune 100 companies.
Known for his technical depth and ability to deliver practical solutions, he is driven by the relationships he’s built with clients. He does this by understanding their goals, guiding them through major life and business changes, and helping them make smart, confident decisions. He deeply values the trust clients place in him and the long-term impact of his work.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and is a big sports fan.
