DDK is pleased to announce the promotions of Leonard Nakrin to Assurance Partner and Nicholas Nesi to SALT Partner in the Tax Department, effective January 1, 2014.
Len joined DDK in 1998, after having had both audit and tax exposure at a boutique CPA firm in New York City.
In addition to servicing his clients in the non-profit arena, commercial real estate, manufacturing and professional services areas, Len will also head the Assurance Department and the Quality Control Department.
Len holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from City University of New York (CUNY) Queens College.
Nick joined the firm in 2011 from a nationally recognized CPA Firm, where he was a SALT Partner.
Nick spends his days working on Federal, State and Local tax matters, complex audits, protests and appeals, transactional tax planning, business tax restructuring, as well as tax consulting to both domestic and international clients.
This well-rounded accountant holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from New York University, Juris Doctorate (JD)from New England School of Law and Master of Laws (LL.M) from New York University School of Law.
