State Budget Director Robert F. Mujica, Jr. said in a statement Friday that the extension “provides New Yorkers still coping with the complications of the COVID-19 pandemic ample time to file.
NOTE: This extension is automatic and is for personal income tax returns and payments. It does not apply to estimated taxes due for the 1st quarter tax year 2021. No announcement has been made for corporate and trust tax.
