Edward Kotlyanskiy has been with DDK for over a decade, starting as a tax staff accountant and rising to partner. He works closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and investment partnerships on federal and state tax matters. His expertise includes partnership taxation, multistate filings, transaction structuring, and audit representation. He also reviews a wide range of returns, including individual, partnership, corporate, and gift, and handles communication with the IRS and other tax authorities. In addition to client work, Edward mentors team members and helps lead the firm’s approach to challenging engagements.

In his free time, Edward enjoys spending time with his family, especially keeping up with his daughter. He also likes playing board games, billiards, and bowling, and is an avid fan of baseball and basketball.
