As Director of People Operations, Janet Reyes leads all aspects of the employee lifecycle, aligning people strategies with business goals to cultivate a positive workplace culture and drive organizational success. She brings over two decades of experience in human resources, operations, and administrative management, including leadership roles at Big Four accounting firms.
In her current role, Janet oversees employee relations, performance management, compensation, policy development, and compliance. She also manages firmwide wellness and culture initiatives, benefits administration, and immigration processes. Outside of her role at DDK, she extends her HR expertise to clients, helping them enhance their own internal people strategies.
Janet is passionate about making a lasting impact, one that improves both business outcomes and the employee experience. She finds the greatest fulfillment in fostering an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Outside of work, Janet enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and two dogs, Coco and Marshmallow.
