Josh Recker brings over a decade of experience in entity taxation, with a focus on partnership compliance, allocations, and structuring. While he works across a range of industries, he specializes in private equity and real estate.

Valued for his collaborative, team-first approach, Josh plays an active role in mentoring junior staff and sharing his technical knowledge to support their development. He assists clients with a wide range of tax and compliance matters including tax return preparation, consulting and planning for entities, and resolving complex jurisdiction issues at the federal and state levels.

Josh takes pride in delivering high-quality service while helping clients navigate the challenges of entity taxation with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors with his golden retriever, Ernie, skiing on both snow and water, or playing golf with friends and family.
