Michael also acts as the firm’s liaison to its international association, DFK, extending DDK’s global reach.
His areas of practice include taxation, accounting, financial reporting, and strategic planning for owners and shareholders of closely held businesses. He specializes in advising high-net-worth individuals, professional service firms such as medical and law practices, and clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
Michael is a trusted voice on tax legislation and reform. Through The Rubin Report, he provides timely tax updates and insights to clients, colleagues, and the broader public.
